1st Place: Jordan Beresford – Leagues of Votann

Leagues of Votann Kâhl 3 wal

Jordan Berresford 1

Jordan’s winning Votann featured a single battalion led by an Einhyr Champion, Grimnyr, and a High Kahl. The Champion has a great stat line and provides re-rolls to nearby Heathguard, while Grimnyr brings in psychic and some moral support. The Kahl is another great stat stick and another re-roll aura, this time for core units.

Troops bring in 30 Hearthkyn as the bread and butter option. These are going to be in a lot of Votann lists as they are simply the main choice.

Elites have 10 Berserks for their melee pressure and 10 Hearthguard to pair with the champion, have decent power in all forms of combat.

Fast Attacks have six Pioneers, which have a great free-move ability at the start and then continue to have good movement and mobility throughout the game. Then finally, the last units are two Sagitaurs, which can transport a few models but also just have decent stats and shooting on its relatively mobile frame.
