More Forge World Horus Heresy releases are coming, along with new LOTR MTO that are all hitting pre-orders for the second week in February!
Straight from Warhammer Community, these are the new releases hitting shelves soon!
Sky-hunter Squadron
With sophisticated repulsor plates and powerful jet engines, Scimitar jetbikes are closer to low-flying aircraft than bikes. They’re used for deep strikes and hit-and-runs by Sky-hunter Squadrons – a unique threat on the battlefields of the Horus Heresy.
Forge World also has some treats for Horus Heresy players with two new upgrade sets for two Legions, all available in resin.
Old-school jet bikes from 30k hit the stage, and they look pretty sweet. Since there isn’t much iconography, you can probably use them in any legion! These Jetbikes should be in plastic, while the upgrades below will be in Forge World resin.
Salamanders MKVI Upgrades
Hailing from the volcanic world of Nocturne, the Salamanders have an affinity for fire and big lizards. These influences carry through to their armour, with draconic elements and flame iconography.
Word Bearers MKVI Upgrades
The Word Bearers did more than just dabble in the esoteric arts. This Legion fully immersed itself in exploring the darkest parts of the galaxy, marking their armour with the inscrutable runes of Colchis, and even mimicking they daemonic visages they saw in their secret studies.
Add some diversity to your armies with these simple part swaps, although it is much easier if you are in the process of making the models.
White Dwarf 485
This month’s issue of White Dwarf is a Boarding Actions bonanza, containing new rules for this exciting new Warhammer 40,000 format. There’s information on Boarding Pods, Void Sieges, and Iron Warriors Bronzewrought Boarding Patrols. Alongside that, there’s a Battle Report in which the World Eaters attempt to free Khârn the Betrayer from a voidship, loads of Gloomspite Gitz content for Warcry, and all the usual articles and features to cover every angle of Warhammer.
White Dwarf is a great place to look at a ton of happenings in Warhammer, so if you want an easy read like that, these monthly issues are an easy pickup.
