Painter’s Fortress 3D STL Kickstarter is Live Now!

Painter's FortressKeep all your paints, brushes, and hobby supplies organized in one place with the new Painter’s Fortress 3D STL Kickstarter!

If you have a 3D printer, this project will be perfect for keeping everything organized and looking amazing. The project is super modular, with many parts and basically everything you could need.

The project has been funded, so you’ll get the files and way more if all the stretch goals get hit! There are a few weeks left, but don’t sit around too long, or you’ll miss out on this design! Let’s take a closer look.

Painter's Fortress 2Here’s what they have to say about the project:

Painter’s Fortress is a  3D printable solution for all your painting gears storage. It has all the painting storage you can expect from a paint station,  and his thought to be:

  • Complete
  • sturdy
  • fashionable
  • fully modulable
  • support free
  • Optimized for no PLA Waste!

Painter's Fortress 4

This product is a new collaboration between Warg’Name and Bad Monkey 3D Prints.

We are trying to guess what you must be thinking, but we do think that for now, you are split between the fact that it looks cool, that it should take a lot of filament to 3D print, and that you already have something to store your paint on your Desk. You are definitely right.

Painter's Fortress 5

Painter's Fortress 6

But who wants something to store paint on his desk, when he can have something fully adapted to his paints, with no space lost, a lot of different trays to answer different needs, a sturdy and easy-to-print solution, and no plastic waste?

Painter's Fortress 7

This KS includes all the files except for the theme elements that are added as stretch goals.

Painter's Fortress 8

This means you can do everything you need for your home paint station with those.

Painter's Fortress 9

All parts are 4mm thick (we’ve been trying everything from 2mm to 6mm, and 4mm has proven to be the perfect ratio). Assembly is made with a hammer to be sure all is nicely connected.

Stretch Goals:

Painter's Fortress 11

We decided not to put the paint parts as stretch goals because the point of having a full system, is not having to bet on others to get all the parts needed. So instead, we have Themes as you see to cover the sides/front of the paintstation and make it unique, and that’s what you’ll be unlocking. Some are to clip with the triangles, and some to glue. We wanted to keep it simple on those.
