4th Place: Time Schneider – Leagues of Votann
2nd Place: Ruben Paul Goldmann – World Eaters
1st Place: Alexander Tepe – World Eaters
Alexander’s winning World Eater list was led by big man Angron himself for a massive melee threat. Kharn is another melee threat (although smaller) while also bringing a cheap model with one purpose, fight in melee. Invocatus, on the other hand, is a mobile missile that gives the list extra mobility on the early turns. A Master of Executions adds a character hunter, while a simple Lord on Juggernaut is another mobile HQ with some mortal wound output and charge/advance re-rolls.
Battleline starts with a cheap unit of Jakhals to round out points and two units of Berserkers for more substantial melee threats.
Infantry keeps it simple with a unit of Eightbound and two units of Exalted Eightbound. Simply put, these are some of the best melee bodies in the faction that wants to do a lot of melee! The list then ends on two Rhinos to help get some units to melee with less risk of getting shot off the board.
