Ork Lootas

Stompa Boyz Battleforce Description

Orks love nothing more than to fight, and when they have a giant Stompa on their side, they will really smash through the enemy! They have high toughness, good melee abilities, and giant hordes of models to throw at the enemies. The Orks are for you if you want to field an army of green and try to smash your enemies through sheer power.

New Orks Big Mek

Big Mek weapon traktor blasta profile

This bulky Ork has traded walking for a rugged exo-harness, which allows him to carry powerful weapons. His harness is filled with tools that make him look like he’s fresh out of his workshop. The Big Mek has a range of brutal weapons to choose from, such as a hydraulic klaw that can destroy power armor and a whirring drilla that can create ventilation systems in tank hulls.

Lootas

Ork Lootas 2These Orks are wiry and muscular, and wear an assortment of strange contraptions held up by large, rough leather straps or bound together with fabric. Some of them wear peculiar masks and goggles, while others display their tools of the trade, such as spanners and wrenches fixed to their bodies. They all carry an enormous deffgun, and occasionally their toothy maws can be seen peeking out from underneath all of these gadgets.

Stompa

Ork StompaWhen an Ork Mekboy seeks to create a truly awe-inspiring war machine, they turn to building a Stompa. Towering over the battlefield, this massive war engine is as tall as a Battle Fortress. It is a walking, shooting, and roaring idol of Gork, capable of striking fear into the hearts of even the bravest foes.

A Stompa requires a crew of several Orks who work alongside dozens of Grot riggers, runners, and assistants to keep the machine running smoothly. The Stompa’s main armament usually consists of two or three enormous guns, each capable of unleashing devastating firepower upon enemy formations. In addition, the Stompa is equipped with an oversized claw or whirring blade, which allows it to engage enemy tanks and titans in close combat with ease.

Trukk

ork trukkTrukks are the ultimate war machines of the Orks, crafted to transport their hordes of axe-wielding Boyz into battle as swiftly as possible. These rugged vehicles are known for their durability, speed, and adaptability, as each clan and warband adds their own unique flair to their trukks, customizing them to reflect their own preferences and style.

For instance, the Goff trukks are renowned for their rugged and functional design, with a large crew compartment to accommodate their massive warbands. On the other hand, the Evil Sunz, who prize speed and aggression above all else, outfit their trukks with turbo-charged engines that roar across the battlefield, leaving trails of dust and smoke in their wake. And, of course, every Evil Sunz trukk is painted a bright, fiery red to intimidate their foes and strike fear into their hearts.

Ork Boyz

Ork Boyz

Ork Boyz are known for their reckless behavior on the battlefield. They charge in large mobs, equipped with special weapons, and led by Boss Nobz. These mobs rely on their numbers and hardiness to overpower enemies. This kit lets you build 10 Ork Boyz, an ideal choice for your armies. They love choppy and shooty things and retaliate with brutish glee even after soaking up massive firepower.

Stompa Boyz Ork Battleforce Review

This is an interesting box because it saves you a lot of cash, and if you want a Stompa, you basically get it for free in this box! The mix isn’t for everyone, but for those who want the Stompa and the new Mek, this is pretty interesting and cheaper than we initially anticipated.

This might not be as good for newer players, as they might want more regular boys before grabbing a Stompa. However, it’s always fun to throw down such a giant model, so why not?

Is the Stompa Boyz Ork Battleforce Box Worth It?

value pricing orks battleforce warhammer 40k big mek

Do you want a Stompa? If you answered yes to that all-important question, then this is a great box! You basically get the Stompa for free, and it makes up a giant portion of the value. So if you need everything inside, this is a great box.

Especially since it has way different offerings than most starter and bundle boxes, it could be a great pickup for even veteran hobbyists who need something a little different!

With $166 of savings inside, this is honestly a great box compared to other Battle Forces like the Custodes, which have only $130 of value. You basically get a free combat patrol’s worth of models with this box.

    What to Buy Next?

Well, considering they are getting a new codex, we would probably wait until it drops to know how you want to build your army. However, with this build, you don’t have a ton of Boyz, so you may want to add more of those and maybe even some Beast Snaggas, as they are quite good right now.

Either way, the new 40k Orks Battleforce box set provides excellent value for your money, especially if you’re looking to add a Stompa to your collection. With a variety of different models included, this box set is perfect for beginners and veteran hobbyists alike.
