The Terrain Machine Kickstarter is live! If you’ve always wanted to create your own terrain, you need to check this out.
This great new project puts you in control of your own files, even if you’ve never created anything before, the program guides you through building your own files. Just in minutes with the new app on the KS, you can build up and print out all the terrain you can dream of. While there are some builders out there, this one feels super smooth and intuitive.
Modeling is hard, searching for the exact piece you need online is hard, and learning the process can take forever. Well, just hop on this project and get whatever you need ready in minutes! If you can use a mouse, well, you can make terrain with this app. There is already a bunch of themes in the project, with more being added all the time. Let’s jump into the new project!

These are just some of the examples of the terrain you can build with the app. It’s super easy to customize your terrain and get a ton of different-looking buildings. Let’s hear from them a little more how it works:
Here’s the simple version: if you can click a mouse on a computer, you can create the custom terrain you’ve always wanted. Terrain Machine gives you a virtual “workshop” that lets you create, customize, and download STLs of your creations from the app.
With one click you can add, remove, or replace anything you’d like.
Pledge Levels:
If you want terrain for life, might as well go big! Let’s look at everything you get with it:
Beta Access – The Level 3 and Level 4 Backers will receive access to new features first and be able to provide input on those features.
Live Blueprint Sessions – These sessions will be a small virtual group setting where Level 4 backers get direct access to the Terrain Machine Foreman (Dave). During these sessions, we will discuss upcoming features, model releases, tips and tricks with the application, and an exhaustive Q&A session.
Lifetime Unlimited Imperial Terrain Downloads – This perk applies to Themes created in the application by Imperial Terrain. Themes not created by Imperial Terrain will have a 12 month usage period.
What happens after my Kickstarter Pledge period expires? – After your pledge period expires, your account will transition to a Pay per Layout download. You will purchase each Layout you wish to download with Terrain Machine credits. Credits will be purchased in bundles (5, 10, 20, etc).

Since the project just launched, they haven’t hit a ton of stretch goals yet, but we expect they will!
