Games Workshop will be on the floor this week in in Las Vegas selling licenses to their IP for new products such as Video Games, T-Shirts, TOYS, and more!
This week kicks off the 2016 Licensing Trade Show and Expo in Las Vegas, where over 5000 different brands will be on hand selling the rights to their Intellectual Property for the right price and product mix.
Over 16,000 attendees will flood the expo hall from Tuesday to Thursday, and this year Games Workshop will be on hand to hopefully license all sorts of new products for their new 2016 fiscal year.
Just to give you an idea of how big this event really is brands such as Disney, Hasbro, Jim Henson, Cartoon Network, Warner Brothers, and Rubrik (Cube) will be on hand just to name a few
An anonymous source sent us this picture of GW’s booth at the event, which starts on Tuesday June 21st:

Now remember they just cited in their trading update for FY 2015 that they expected to post higher profits due to extra income from licenses! So you have to imagine that this show is super important to them to help with their overall sales goals for FY 2016, as they look to reboot Age of Sigmar, and head into another possible edition of Warhammer 40k.
Plus I’m sure the smash hit Warhammer Total War’s revenue will do quite well for their financials as well, whichever the payouts fall into!

40k, AoS, and Warhammer Fantasy Battles? Plus they’re looking to license Toys too!
Good news is, it looks like the sun may never truly set on Warhammer Fantasy if Games Workshop’s licensing department has it’s way!
