Get a piece of Warhammer history with a new round Made to Order offerings and GW has new Wave 3 of release for Age of Sigmar the week.
More models of yesteryear are back from GW. Add that to even more reasons to play Age of Sigmar and you’ve got yourself a good week of releases to look forward to!
First up is a round of new push-fit and multi-part models for Nighthaunt and Stormcast Eternals.
Dreadblade Harrows
Reikenor the Grimhaiuler
Kurdoss Valentian
This sinister figure is an embittered Nighthaunt spirit with a particular hatred for enemy Heroes – on the tabletop, he’s able to steal command points and smash apart his lessers with his mace. Kurdoss is an ideal commander for your Nighthaunt army and a great companion for Lady Olynder – or just a nifty ally for your Legions of Nagash army.
Astreia Solbright
Celestar Ballista
Evocators
This set is packed with options for personalising and customising these invaluable Stormcast Eternals battlemages and even allows you to build a Knight-Incantor (you can never have too many Voidstorm Scrolls).
And if you didn’t have enough reasons to get into Age of Sigmar already, you’re about to get another. GW promises starting up AoS will be too easy with these “specially designed range of kits for beginners, from paint sets to boxes.”
They throw in everything from the paint and tools to the accessories you actually want, check it out.
Getting started with Warhammer Age of Sigmar is about to get even easier, too, thanks to a new, specially designed range of kits for beginners, from paint sets to boxes like Tempest of Souls and Storm Strike that teach you how to play. You can learn more about these in our full preview.
GW is also giving you another way to kick off building an AoS army or bolstering the one you already have with all the models from the original AoS starter set in a new Start Collecting box format:
Goreblade Warband
Thunderstrike Brotherhood
Start Collecting! sets – each of these is a great way to kick off your army or reinforce an existing one.
And last but certainly not least are another round of Made to Order to add to your collection, accompanied by new Warhammer Legends rules.
Settra The Imperishable
Queen Khalida
Zacharius The Everliving
Grom The Paunch
Greasus Goldtooth
Gorbad Ironclaw
From legendary Orc Warboss Gorbad Ironclaw to iconic Tomb King Settra the Imperishable, this is your opportunity to pick up a piece of Warhammer history. Maybe you knew these characters from Warhammer Fantasy Battle, or perhaps you’ve been playing Total War: Warhammer or reading the Warhammer Chronicles and are looking to commemorate one of your favourite generals.
Keep your eyes peeled- all this will be available next week, starting Saturday. And just a heads-up, the MTO items will only be available for preorder for seven days!
