GW has taken issue with the DeamonSlayer-Knight, so it will be going away soon and getting a re-design, but you can still buy it… for now!
We were notified by the designer, Antonis Bouras, that this miniature in its current form will be going away soon as Games Workshop has taken issue with it.
“Games Workshop holds exclusive right to produce copies of our creations. It covers our miniatures, artwork, books, logos, website images and text. It not only covers exact copies but also anything which copies a significant part, typically the most important and unique features.
Please remove any such infringements from your products and please ensure that none of your other products use designs copied from Games Workshop. I understand this will be disappointing but I hope you can appreciate that we must protect our creations.”
But there is still time to get a copy of this exact miniature now, while supplies last, they are in stock and ready to ship! For how long they will stay in stock, is the real question as we will comply with any changes by the licensor in reference to his new design.
The multipart kit of the DeamonSlayer-Knight can be assembled in a wide range of poses and has many weapons and customization options.
The kit contains a total of 72 parts.
Fully assembled it stands 11cm tall.
Perfect as a centerpiece for your tabletop army, as a cool display piece on your desk or even as parts for use in your conversions!
It’s a very cool kit that can be converted up and used for a number of things from Warsuits to Dreads and more. The model itself is about 150ml of resin and takes roughly 6 Anycubic Photon sized printing plates about 24 total hours to produce.
If you are after just the .STL files, they are also still available on Antonis Bouras’ Art Station right now!
What new design would you like to see Antonis come up with?
