Brooklyn Nine-Nine Announces Final Season

b99 brooklyn nine-nine cryAfter 143 episodes and 7 seasons, the shows ending is approaching. One of the show’s creators Dan Goor announced via Twitter on February 11th that the final season was among us.

The 8th and final season will comprise of 10 episodes, bringing the total to 153, which he jokes was the plan all along. Whether it was or wasn’t, doesn’t matter, what is important is that he very clearly states the time is right and believes they will be able to deliver a good conclusion to the award-winning show.

The Final Season will air during 2021-2022. This comes after the show was originally canceled via Fox after season 5, but NBC came in to revive it and allow it to run a full 8 seasons and as the creator says, “the perfect number”.

What do you think about the show coming to an end? Did you watch it before? Is it true that all good things must come to an end?
