Hasbro Reveals Ghostbusters Mini Stay Puft Figures

By Travis Pasch | April 14th, 2021 | Categories: Hasbro, Pop Gamer Culture, Videos, Warhammer 40k Rumors

Mini Stay Pufts feature rAdorable little Ghostbusters Mini Stay Puft figures from Hasbro may fall short of their insane potential.

The new figures from Hasbro are a pretty interesting mix of frightening and cute, and they look great from far away. But with a toy on their hands that could hit a Baby Yoda-type status (nothing is as cute as Grogu though!), they may miss the mark. Since these aren’t coming out till the Fall, these could easily just be some issues with the prototypes.

These are heralding the new Ghostbusters: Afterlife movie. They were revealed in a recent trailer, and even if they don’t improve too much by the final run, they are still going to be fun to pick up, especially for only about 5 bucks.

The trailer is pretty short, but the Mini-Pufts look quite evil and very cute at the same time! Now, let’s check out the figures based on the characters from the movie.

Mini Stay Pufts 2The idea behind these is great and they capture some of the crazy little dudes we saw in the trailer. They really have a fun feal between being cute, and some being just downright dastardly. The ones who have taken serious mortal wounds are a little frightening, but hey that’s as it should be. They look decent from a distance, but not so much when you get close up.

Mini Stay Pufts 4The detail just looks a little off on things like the plastic, the paint, and the molds. But again, these aren’t coming out for a while, so let’s just hope these issues will be resolved. Because they could be a huge hit, but if the quality is at this level, we’re not so sure people will get more than one after seeing it close up.

At 1.5 inches, they have seem to have the space to be pretty detailed. Or, we could just be nitpicking like crazy!

Mini Stay Pufts 5If nothing else, the packaging for these is amazing. With them being a mystery, you could see people buying a bunch.

What do you think about the look of them? Will you be picking some up when they come out?
