Chris Kinnair 1

Chris went for a three detachment set up for his winning Necrons! Starting off is the first detachment, which only has the Silent King in it. The Silent King is a fantastic model, giving the Necrons helpful support abilities and being pretty good in combat himself as well!

At his price point, he is simply too good for Necron players not to consider.

The second detachment is a Spearhead led by a Technomancer, which is a cheap HQ with a decent weapon. Jumping straight into two Elites are a Void Dragon C’tan and three Skorpekh Destroyers, all of which are great melee threats, with the Void Dragon being a sort of mini-primarch style threat in combat.

Fast Attacks bring in 6 Tomb Blades for some cheap mobile units, while Heavy Support brings in the fire support. Three Annihilation Barges bring some anti-armor shots while being somewhat mobile and decently durable. The last choice in this detachment was 7 Destroyers which are great standard anti-armor foot slogging bodies.

Closing out the list is an Auxiliary detachment with a single Nightbringer Shard, which has increased in popularity thanks to its great utility and melee power.
