The Army Painter hears your concerns and actually wants feedback on their products to help make their line better for everyone out there!
The Army Painter is always coming out with some of the coolest hobby products on the market! All of their products are always affordable and high-quality. However, they know they aren’t perfect. It’s cool to see a company actually listen to the community on how they can improve their products.
In a recent video, they talked about what sets them apart from other companies, and the fact that they still want your feedback! They take pride in their products, take your criticism to heart, and will change what needs to be done. So, if you have feedback, let them know!
The Army Painter Acts on Hobbyists’ Concerns
They have created some of the coolest products out there, like quickshade dips, which really sped up the painting process for many people, used dropper bottles (like so many of us want), great color match primers, and so much more.
However, it wasn’t all rainbows, as their warpaints separated too easily, and even shaking them could not always be enough to get them mixed correctly.
They went back and retrofitted every bottle to have two mixing balls inside so they could mix without much hassle. This is just a cool example of a company actually listening to customer feedback and fixing the issue instead of saying they were doing everything correctly.
However, it doesn’t stop with one solution, they have much bigger plans! As they continue to develop new products and improve on current offerings, they invite you to offer your opinions about everything they have in the line. So, if you feel like you have some insight, let them know at: [email protected]
With your help, they can continue to change the game. Overall, it’s really cool to see a company wanting feedback and acting on it instead of shying away from the community. We love the approach and hope it continues to keep its products at the top of the line!
