So while the game isn’t fully functional quite yet, there is a lot to look forward to, and it is being made by the JediKnightChannel! Let’s check it out.

The Eternal Crusade Game is Returning!

The info comes from the Eternal Crusade website.

Eternal Crusade GameIf you never played the old game, it’s basically a PvP third-person shooter game with Warhammer 40k factions battling each other on the planet of Arkhona. The game was shut down in September 2021, but it’s coming back to life and maybe better than ever!

The initial game had Space Marines, Chaos, Eldar, and Orks. However, the developers promised Dark Eldar and Tau at some point, but it never happened, and maybe with the new devs, we’ll actually get the other factions!

Eternal Crusade Game 2To start, they have said there’s a chance people can host their servers, which might cut down on hackers, which were a big problem for the first game.

Eternal Crusade Game 4Then, they’ve already added new Space Marine factions and some extra options we’ve always wanted! Such as Vanguard and jump pack options, so a good start already.

Eternal Crusade Game 3Currently, there’s only one map, but it’s still in testing, so we expect this to be expanded.  Not all the sound is working right now, but they are actively looking for help in that area, so if you can help, check out their Discord here!

Eternal Crusade Game 5Maybe one of the most interesting things about this game is it uses the Unreal 5 Engine, meaning you can make mods and add in whatever you want!
