Today Rob is taking a look at the Alien Tufts from Gamers Grass in their super bright and poppy glory. These are unique in the sense that they are most likely the brightest tufts you’ve seen! Sometimes what a base needs is just a little bit of pop, and these just might be it.

Some of the Brightest Ever! Using Alien Tufts: Gamers Grass

gg bright grasAs soon as the package is opened (and even before that) you can tell these are going to be bright. There are five options of tufts here, each with its own form of color transition. There are green, orange, blue, purple, and red Tufts.

The real secret is perspective. Once you tilt them and the light hits them just right, you can really see how dramatic the definitions are. The purple tufts are probably the most dramatic, but they all have their own flair.

gg demon baseOn Rob’s demon model, he actually put one of each on the base to test them all out side-by-side! The purple stands out the most, but all of them definitely change the attitude and flavor of the base more than a normal tuft.

gamers grass alien tufts get creativYou can also get creative with them. You don’t have to use them on some fancy alien or Scifi base. They can also be used on a simple desert base or cityscape. A small amount can really make a base pop!
