Steam has a new game from Steel Sky Productions called Warhammer Underworlds Online. At the time of writing this, the game is available for purchase but is still in early access. Just keep in mind we could be seeing a few tweaks here and there as developers hear feedback on their game- exciting!

Lead your fighters to Glory in the ultimate PvP dice-and-cards strategy combat game. Warhammer Underworlds: Online pits mighty warbands against one another in an eternal battle for glory in the realms of the Age of Sigmar.
The game incorporates every element that Warhammer Underworlds has on the tabletop. There are the same characters, cards, dice-rolling mechanics, etc. Everything is just digitalized so you don’t have to hunt people down to get a game in at your LGS. But after seeing a picture of the game, you’re probably wondering which Warbands are in it.
Currently, you can play as:
- Stormcast Eternals
- Blades of Khorne
- Deathrattle
- Orruks
These are all the first waves of Warbands that we saw when Shadespire dropped (that are now out of production). But the game developers also announced more plans to bring in other waves of warbands as well.
Other warbands are awaiting your orders and will be available as DLC later in 2020!
Deck Building & Cards
Just like all other elements of the game we’ve mentioned, the deck building aspect is still going to be essential. You can make a copy of the deck you play on the tabletop. Or, you can always experiment by making test decks and seeing how they run online! The best part is all the cards are free.
In Warhammer Underworlds: Online cards are split into warband-specific cards and Universal cards. Unlike the physical game ALL FUTURE UNIVERSAL CARDS WILL BE FREE, and will be added to the game in regular release packs.
