Ride the Lightning! 2020 LVO White Scars Army Collection

ride the lightning 1There’s no display board in the picture because the White Scars left it in the dust. Getting an overview of this entire army, we’ve got bikes, land speeders, and impulsors ready to shoot up the board and into the enemy’s face turn one.

ride the lightning 2Just by looking at the way this list is designed, it seems like this entire army literally starts in their deployment zone and ends in the enemy’s after a turn or two. Bikes are the shock troops of the list, peppering things in bolter fire before closing in for a few melee whacks.

ride the lightning 4Meanwhile, Intercessors loaded into Impulsors were able to fly across the board and hop out onto objectives. Impulsors were literally made for Chapters like White Scars and Blood Angels because they get bodies up close and personal in no-time.

As for the painting detail, check out how crisp each lightning strike is on the minis. From the Intercessor’s leg to the hull of the Impulsor, there was some serious time put into all of that alone.

ride the lightning 3With a Whirlwind chilling in the backfield and pelting enemy armor, a few squads with meltas were also running around. In case the enemy tried to get away from the bikes in their face, they might’ve stepped within range of a spicy laser.

Awesome job on this list overall. We really don’t see too many White Scars lists these days.
