Hydrophilia Wargame
The new Hydrophilia Wargame is a cyberpunk-themed board game that feels like sci-fi mixed with action films of the 80’s and 90’s. This skirmish game pits two small squads against each other in various missions and unit selections. 2-4 players can play a match in 1-2 hours and features 3 different factions to choose from. The rules are downloadable on their website and are easy to follow, as far as we can tell!
A quick note: Artel W sent an accessory set that you can add on to your warband purchase. Each starter set comes in a fantastic box that has a total 80’s feel. The box is VCR shaped and really dives into the cyberpunk lore. Each box comes with miniatures, bases, and the upgrade cards for the game.
The miniatures featured in Hydrophilia are fantastic. The Terminator rider looks amazing on his 50 mm base. The shotgun really seals the 80’s vibe. Each model is dynamically posed and has great detail. Plus the resin miniatures themselves are a great set to collect from Artel W!
