Don’t miss the confirmed releases and pricing for next week’s GW new release lineup as things have slowed down a bit for the holidays.
Multiple retailers have confirmed the next release wave from GW and after weeks of insane amounts of content coming from GW, it looks like this will be the smallest release yet.
December White Dwarf $9
Pre-orders for this month’s White Dwarf begin on the 10th of December. These 144 pages are packed with fantastic content, such as an Index Astartes exploring the background for the blood-soaked anti-heroes of the Flesh Tearers – including a new mission – and a Tome Celestial digging into the story of the Mortarch of Grief’s Emerald Host. You’ll also find an exclusive mini-game called The Spellflux Spire, pitting four wizards against a mystical construct.
Surprisingly, this month’s White Dwarf seems to packed just a little bit more with extras. Rules, mini-games, lore, & more! If you’re interested in anything above be sure to pick it up. The minigame sounds like a pretty sweet time-passer if you’re hanging out with a bunch of hobby friends!
Black Library Court of the Blind King (HB) $27
MTO Blood Bowl Chaos Dwarf Team $54
Put in your order, then we’ll cast them up and deliver you a full team, including six brutal Chaos Dwarf Blockers and six fleet(ish) Hobgoblins. The Chaos Dwarf players form a solid core on defence, whilst the Hobgoblins offer the opportunity for a stronger running game.
These guys certainly haven’t aged well, but just like all things old school Warhammer, they carry there own charm. Especially if these are a team you used to play with back in the day.
MTO Chaos Dwarves Blood Bowl Bull Centaur $25
Any Chaos Dwarf coach worth his whips and lashes will be looking for a Bull Centaur as well, and we’ve got you covered. Blessed by Hashut with an unusually swift and powerful body and the bitter, calculating mind of his kin, these players are able to crush the opposition and drive the ball down the pitch.
Of course, they had to include the Bull Centaur with this set. This monster will combine the running power of the hobgoblins and the strength of the dwarves.
Overall, this is a pretty relaxed wave of GW releases. However, if you’re a consistent White Dwarf or Chaod Dwarf fan, you’ve got plenty to look forward to. With all of this coming down the release line next, what will you be grabbing?
