A Chiseled Jawline: New GW Rumor Engine Spotted

Rumor Engine new GW header wal horA new rumor engine is here and we could be looking at the chiseled jawline of some new beast. Check out the details on what it could be!

Warhammer Community revealed a new rumor engine and we’re not sure if this could be for Age of Sigmar or 40k. However, whatever it is, it’s got some massive teeth and a burly jaw.

A Chiseled Jawline? New GW Rumor Engine Spotted

rumor engine 8-11-20So here’s the rumor engine we’ve just been given. It looks like GW might have been trying to throw us off on this one. You see some teeth and right above it, it looks like there’s a black, beady eye staring at you. But they might have flipped the bit, which they’ve known to do in the past.

Flipping it upside down, the rumor engine looks more natural. While we’re not saying that little spot COULDN’T be a black, beady eyeball, when you flip the rumor engine, it seems like that could be just some kind of battle damage and the jaw looks to take better shape. So what are some decent candidates with massive jaws and teeth?

Squigs are a great option to think about as they’re literally a mouth with legs.

terrorgheistThere’s also a Terrorgheist. He’s all bone and muscle with some darker-colored teeth, which matches up with the coloring of the teeth in the rumor engine.

While we haven’t explored all of the possibilities for this rumor engine, these are just a few good examples. If we had to take a guess, it seems more reasonable to think that this bit is on its way to AoS… Just because that game is littered with nasty beasts and big mouths.

With another rumor engine under our belt, what do you think we’re looking at? Does the bit look better when it’s flipped? Could that dark circle be on the bit be a small eyeball? Or is it something else like battle damage?
