Join us as we take a closer look at all the miniatures that come in The Horus Heresy: Burning of Prospero box set, and how you can start playing games of Horus Heresy with them.
The Horus Heresy: Burning of Prospero is the newest extreme value box set from Games Workshop. Today we’ll show you the new mini’s in depth and how you can use them starting out in games of Horus Heresy: Age of Darkness!
The Custodes are basically the Emperor’s right hand guard. People have converted these and other third party companies have made these in the past but we now finally have them available in plastic from GW. You can take the Custodes with Guardian Spears of course as there are five in the kit.
Of course we know now that the Sisters and Custodes have rules for 40k, but can only be played in unbound currently according to Games Workshop. However there are 30k rules for the Custodes too, as they will be arriving in Horus Heresy Book 7: Inferno soon, that are 100% usable in games based in the Age of Darkness.
These are Sisters of Silence and who doesn’t love nuns with guns, swords and flamers? These are fantastic looking model, some of the best looking we have seen out there. They can be kitted out three different ways with the bits that are included.
The Tartaros Terminators are now available in plastic and are a much better quality than the old style resin minis that were available from Forge World. The two part legs allow for further posing options and five different torsos to give them even more variety.
Now we have two separate named character models that we may see packaged in clam packs and sold separately in the future. These two kits are highly detailed and everything you would expect to see form modern day Games Workshop models.
