The latest GW rumor engine preview includes a flaming torch, that we think this could be part of a new Bright Wizard miniature for Warhammer.
Whatever the case, we can’t wait to see what Games Workshop has in store when it’s finally revealed. Let’s check out what it could be and try to guess until then!
Chaos Engineers Hard At Work: GW Rumor Engine
Here’s the latest Rumor Engine from Games Workshop. As usual, there are some interesting possibilities for what it could be!
First, looking at this bit, we thought of some easy options like terrain, Sisters of Battle, or even some new specialist warband for Warcry. After looking up some OG images from Warhammer Fantasy and even some video games, this looks a lot like the Bright Wizard Staves to us!
If you’ve ever played the now iconic Vermintide games, you may know the bright wizard Sienna from those! While she has a couple of different staff models, some of them have nearly identical cages and flames going on! Of course, the new Rumor Engine bit could just be some other model or a random torch, but with Old World updates rolling out, a new Bright Wizard would be awesome!
Still, though… who knows? Curve balls happen, and Old World still has factions like The Empire lying in wait. We will have to wait and see!
