Here is the new lineup of the latest Kill Team releases, including the Blood and Zeal box for Warhammer 40k, hitting pre-order this week!
Games Workshop revealed its latest pre-orders for Warhammer 40k this week, for another round of Kill Team releases.
Kill Team Now Has More Religious Extremists
This week focuses solely on Kill Team and a new box, where blood flows alongside live sermons! So whether you’re unleashing the fury of the Goremongers or bringing the holy wrath of the Sanctifiers, it’s all about epic confrontations and over-the-top glory.
They will be available for pre-order on Saturday, March 22nd around 1 p.m. EST in the States, with a shelf release date of Saturday, April 5th, 2025. If you’re still waiting on something to hit pre-order, check out the latest lineup in the Warhammer new release Roadmap for 2025.
New Warhammer 40k Kill Team Pre-Order Releases
The latest Warhammer 40k Kill Team pre-orders are here, so it’s time to gear up for some intense close-quarters games in the 41st millennium.
Kill Team: Blood and Zeal
This Kill Team set throws two brand-new squads into the fray. The Sanctifiers roll in nine deep, a pack of devout warriors hyped up by the fiery speeches of the Confessor (a holy figure who comes with an ever-watchful Cherub). They’ve got an eclectic lineup, including the Conflagrator, Death Cult Assassin, Drill Abbot, and the Miraculist.
Meanwhile, the Goremongers bring seven cyber-enhanced killers into the mix, led by the towering Blood Herald. Expect brutal names like the Impaler, Skullclaimer, and Stalker—because subtlety is not their style.
Alongside the miniatures, the box comes with a Shrine statue (perfect for bowing or smashing, depending on your allegiance), a 56-page Blood and Zeal dossier packed with lore, rules, and missions, plus a full spread of tokens and datacards for both teams. There’s even a deck of mission cards to spice things up.
Kill Team: Ratlings and Datacards
This kit packs 10 Ratlings that can be assembled as standard troops or specialists like the Big Shot, Hardbit, Raider, Slashmaster, and Vox-thief. If that’s not enough, there’s a scrappy Battlemutt and a few handy tokens (two tripwires and an ammo cache) to round things out.
Alongside the miniatures, you’ll find a set of unique tokens for game use, plus a separately sold deck of 38 Datacards covering faction rules, gear, tactical plays, and operative profiles.
Kill Team: Wrecka Krew and Datacards
This box includes six Wrecka Krew miniatures, each built for destruction. Assemble them as various specialists like the Boss Nob, Demolisha, Krusha, or Rokkiteer, and don’t forget the two Bomb Squigs who are just itching to go boom.
You also get a set of unique tokens for in-game use and a transfer sheet with 438 decals—because nothing says Ork pride like plastering their gear with as many symbols as possible. A separate pack of 33 Datacards is available, covering faction rules, equipment, special tactics, and operative profiles.
Killzone Upgrade: Compound Siege
The Compound Siege set brings 14 plastic terrain pieces into play: two Bunkers, six Fire Steps, and six Stockades, all designed to work seamlessly with Killzone Volkus.
Rules for the terrain and its mission pack will be up for download from Warhammer Community shortly after release, so get ready to reinforce your battlefield and make life miserable for your enemies.
Final Thoughts On This Week’s Pre-Orders
As we prepare for another explosive round of Kill Team pre-orders, it’s clear that the 41st millennium just got a whole lot more intense. Whether you’re ready to join the fiery fervor of the Sanctifiers or unleash the chaos of the Goremongers, there’s something for every kind of tabletop tactician.
And let’s not forget those sneaky Ratlings and the bomb-loving Wrecka Krew—because who doesn’t love a good surprise explosion?
