The AvP Game has been a smash hit for the creative team at Prodos Games, but just like in life all good things must come to an end. In a Facebook announcement, Prodos has announced that though they sought to renew their licensing agreement they were unable to. Here is what they had to say.
Over the years Prodos Games LTD had a pleasure to work on AvP with a team of fantastic, creative and highly skilled people.
Although Prodos Games had a plodding start with AvP, in the end, we believe that, with your support, we managed not only to cultivate this fantastic IP but as well to build foundations for future growth.
As you already know, our IP Licence has expired, and even though we tried to renew it, we were not successful.
We will continue to grow as a company and the future looks exciting.
We would like to give special thanks to Admins and all people that were engaged with AvP project.

Every story must come to an end and AvP The Hunt Begins is no different. This is the last month of AvP product line. To make it a little bit less sour, we have released the last two major add-ons and discounted almost every other AvP product
This is sad news indeed for AVP fans across the globe, but Prodos has one final release for this game that many people have grown to love and some great deals on their collector minis!

Machiko Noguchi is one of the most recognizable characters from AvP universe. We have introduced her in wargaming expansion of AvP, but she has never received proper ruleset until “Hot Landing Zone” was released. Now the actual miniature is designed and ready to play!
Alien Egg Cluster: £12.00
Long awaited extra element of AvP world is set of alien eggs. They have been present as marker in AvP Unleashed, but never properly introduced in board game. With Hot Landing Zone’s release we have established a ruleset for those. The “Alien Egg Cluster” comes with 2 UniCast miniatures.
Machiko Noguchi Predator Edition: £12.00
Machiko is well known for her episode in life, when she was accepted by Yautja as a regular equal. We have decided to honour that achievment of her with a special miniature. It features Machiko in full predator outifit with Plasma Caster ready to be used. Model is available only as pre-order bonus to Machiko Noguchi add-on or as a part of AvP Collector’s Pack Vol.2.
