This model is made with 1/16 inch Ash Hardwood and 1/8 inch Birch Plywood.
The merchant building is just over 3 1/4 inches tall with a frontage of 6 1/2 inches, the back section of the building is 4 1/2 inches wide, the length of the structure is 14 7/8 inches.
The rooftops are removable.
