Here is the new lineup of the Soulblight Gravelords and Deathrattle releases for Warhammer AoS, and more hitting pre-order this week!
Games Workshop has just revealed its latest pre-orders this week for Warhammer AoS, Black Library, and even Underworlds, but the start of the show was a big set of releases for the Soulblight Gravelords.
So, whether you’re here for brooding dragon-riders, skeletons with better gear than your last D&D character, or dice that look like they could whisper curses, there’s something in this lineup that practically begs to haunt your hobby table.
The Soulblight’s Bones Rattle Again
They will be available for pre-order on Saturday, May 10th, around 1 p.m. EST in the States, with a shelf release date of Saturday, May 24th, 2025. If you’re still waiting on something to hit pre-order, check out the latest lineup in the Warhammer new release Roadmap for 2025.
New Warhammer Age of Sigmar Pre-Order Releases
The Wait is over! The latest Warhammer Age of Sigmar pre-orders have arrived, and they’re as epic as a Stormcast Thunderstrike!
Battletome: Soulblight Gravelords Pre-Order
Vampires, skeletons, and just the right amount of dark drama—this book has it all. The Soulblight aristocrats are back with their trusty bone crew, ready to claw their way onto tabletops. You get all the rules, spooky spells, and lore you could want, including new army builds and even a dark wizard version of build-a-bear for your undead champion.
Battletome: Soulblight Gravelords (Gamer’s Edition)
For those who like their necromancy portable, this travel-size edition packs all the same content into a more compact format. It even comes with reference cards, so you can look like you totally memorized all those special rules. Limited run, though—once they vanish, they’re gone like a vampire in sunlight.
Prince Vhordrai, Lord of the Crimson Keep
Vhordrai’s the kind of guy who brings a cursed castle to a sword fight. He rides a zombie dragon named Shordemaire, dishes out magical doom, and probably broods more than a whole coven of Twilight characters. The kit also builds a Revenant Draconith, which is great if you want to switch things up and rain pestilence on your enemies from above.
Blades of the Hollow King
Cado Ezechiar is back, still on his revenge tour, and dragging a new team along with him—a stylish assassin and a necromancer who moonlights as Neferata’s little bird. They can tag along with your Death army, provided your goals line up with their tragic backstories.
Soulblight Gravelords Vampire Lord on Nightmare Steed Pre-Order
Nothing says “leadership” like a blood-soaked vampire charging into battle on an undead horse. This kit gives you a few head and weapon options to mix things up. Sword, axe, or whichever combo screams “dashing menace” to you.
Wight King on Skeletal Steed
Wight Kings don’t age, don’t quit, and don’t take back talk. Once nobles, now eternal warlords on bony steeds, they’re ready to shout orders at your skeleton legions. The kit can also make a Wight Lord if you prefer your ancient royalty slightly less fancy.
Barrow Knights
Loyal till the end—and well past it—Barrow Knights are the mounted guards who keep coming back for more. Their lances are sharp, their oaths are eternal, and they look sharp doing it. Comes with bits for champions, banners, and musicians (undead marching band, anyone?).
Barrow Guard
Think of these as the elite infantry of the crypt. They’re not just muscle—they remember tactics from their glory days and still swing a glaive like it’s second nature. You get options for gear, heads, and enough build variety to keep them from looking like a cloned army.
Deathrattle Skeletons Pre-Order
The backbone—literally—of any Soulblight force. These guys march, stab, and reform like it’s just another day at the tomb. The new kit is easier to assemble and gives you options for weapons, champions, banners, and even tombstones for extra flair.
Soulblight Gravelords: Manifestations
This trio of terror includes a giant hand ready to choke the life out of enemies, a creepy necro-reliquary, and a bat swarm that’s just dying to mess up someone’s day. Perfect for when your battlefield needs a little extra haunted energy.
Cursed Sepulchre
Spooky set dressing with a side of magical doom. These crumbling monuments look great and function as necromantic hotspots. There’s build variety baked in, and a free PDF with rules is on the way for those who want to get these graveside party favors onto the board.
Spearhead: Bloodcrave Hunt
When vampires get hungry, they don’t go to brunch—they launch a cavalry raid. This box throws together a Vampire Lord, some airborne nightmares, fancy blood knights, and a horde of skeletons to keep the party going. Repackaged and ready to roll.
Be sure to check out the value inside this spearhead box in our breakdown article here.
Soulblight Gravelords Dice
Because no army’s complete without a set of dramatic, death-themed dice. Black with red pips and the Gravelords symbol on the six, these are ready to help you channel some dark fortune (or curse your luck when you roll triple ones).
New Warhammer Warcry Pre-Order Releases
The wait is over; these new Warhammer Underworlds releases bring fresh mechanics to the game’s thrilling arena. These pre-orders are packed with everything you need to start building your ultimate deck and crushing your foes.
Knives of the Crone
This warband has attitude, sharp weapons, and a grudge against Morathi. Led by a prophetic seer and backed by lethal sidekicks, they’re here to make prophecies painful. Their playstyle mixes attack boosts and deck manipulation, perfect for those who like control with their carnage.
Realmstone Raiders Rivals Deck
Raiders gonna raid. This deck uses Emberstone ploys and a new “Raid” mechanic to mess with your power deck, stack momentum, and give your opponent a headache. Great for players who want to keep things unpredictable.
New White Dwarf Pre-Order
The latest issue of White Dwarf is up for pre-order, and it’s hotter than a plasma gun on overcharge! Packed with exclusive lore, stunning miniature showcases, and tips that will level up your hobby game, it’s like hobby Christmas came early.
White Dwarf 512
Mortarion takes center stage on this month’s cover, bringing plague, paint guides, and new rules for Death Guard players. Inside: Nurgle hobby tips, Soulblight painting guides, lore-rich fiction, and some shiny new content for players and painters alike. Basically, it’s packed.
New Black Library Pre-Order Releases
The latest Black Library pre-order titles are here; they’re hotter than a Salamander’s forge! Whether you’re into far-future battles, mysterious quests, or tales of heroism, there’s usually something for everyone.
Grotsnik: Da Mad Dok (Limited Edition)
When your favorite Ork surgeon turns up with a gleam in his cybernetic eye, you know things are about to get messy. This limited-edition book tells the tale of Grotsnik and his gruesome experiments. It’s signed, numbered, and looks like something a warboss would show off.
Ushoran: Mortarch of Delusion
Ushoran thinks he’s royalty. Everyone else thinks he’s a problem. This book pits the delusional flesh-eater king against a hard-nosed hero in a showdown of bad breath and worse manners. Available in all the usual formats.
The Dead Kingdom
Cado Ezechiar just can’t catch a break. This time he’s back under Neferata’s thumb, off to battle Mannfred’s minions while dealing with some awkward promises from the past. The dead don’t forgive—and neither does he.
Lioness of the Parch
Tahlia Vedra has enemies, politics, and a serious vendetta to deal with. Between bloody battles and backstabbing nobles, she’s got her hands full. She’s tough, smart, and not here to play nice.
Darkoath
Gunnar Brand is the kind of guy who stares down gods and keeps walking. His tribe’s in trouble, the Realm of Fire isn’t exactly a vacation spot, and his past is catching up fast. If you like your heroes rough and your journeys gritty, this one’s for you.
Final Thoughts On This Week’s Pre-Orders
This batch of Soulblight goodies has us clearing shelf space and rehearsing our most dramatic “I drink your blood” voice. We’re already planning how to paint Shordemaire’s snarling face while resisting the urge to glue bat swarms to literally everything.
