Warhammer Fantasy’s Island of Blood is becoming the Spire of Dawn! Come see the pics of the new box set and of couse how easy it will hit your wallet!

The portents have aligned and it looks like a huge staple for Warhammer Fantasy, the Island of Blood Starter is coming to Age of Sigmar next week!

Here’s what it came with:

This boxed game contains: more than 70 finely-detailed Citadel miniatures, forming two plastic armies: High Elves (a High Elf Prince on Griffon, a High Elf Mage, 10 High Elf Lothern Sea Guard, 10 High Elf Sword Masters of Hoeth and five Ellyrian Reavers) and Skaven (a Skaven Warlord, a Skaven Warlock Engineer, 40 Skaven Clanrats, a Skaven Master Moulder, two Skaven Rat Ogres, a Skaven Warpfire Thrower, and a Skaven Poisoned Wind Mortar). All 74 models are exclusive to this box.

Now it looks like it will be back next week as a port over to Age of Sigmar with a “Value Box” product designation:

Retail sources have confirmed to Spikey Bits the new box will cost $80. It  looks like their will be a companion book to the box set as well:

Looks like Round Bases are all the rage these days, however it does come with square ones as well! The same 74 minis from 2010 are coming back to tabletop this holiday season. Be on the lookout for this new starter set at a ‘Start Collecting Box’ price next week from Games Workshop!
