Chaos Knights Stomp Ahead: Salt Lake Open 2022 40k Army Lists
Thanks to Best Coast Pairings, we can look back at the event as if we were all there ourselves. You can check out the details here,
3rd Place: Matt Evans – Tyranids
2nd Place: Scott Rumple – Space Wolves
1st Place: Lee Harris – Chaos Knights
Lee’s Chaos Knight list kept everything very simple. First up, a Desecrator brings in the heavy weapons ranged support, with fantastic anti-armor AP shots that can obliterate enemy armored targets.
The rest of the first detachment is the much more flexible Wardogs, with 5 Stalkers and 3 Brigands. The Stalkers have decent range and melee making them great in front, while the Brigands are much more ranged-focused, just like the Desecrator.
Lastly, there are 2 War Dog Executioners who go all in on chaff clearing, with a great volume of shots.
All of the War Dogs feature decent durability and great mobility, making them near-perfect threats for this type of hyper-dense knight list.
