More allocations have been announced from GW for US stores, including this week’s new Regiments of Renown- check it out.
It looks like allocations are back again for new Age of Sigmar releases, and these allocations are insanely tight (Games Workshop calls them “caps”). On top of that, they will compound with last week’s allocations as GW is letting companies order the allocated items as “restocks.”
The good news is it looks like the Kharadron Overlords are safe from allocations this time.
Either way, all the stores and distributors we polled reported that their orders were once again slashed numbers-wise for many of the new releases this week. This is also the fifth week in a row with tight allocations, so at this point, it seems to officially be a trend from Games Workshop headed into spring.
For now, though, let’s check out what goes on pre-order this week that’s affected and look at how many of each will be available.
Crazy GW Allocations for US Stores & Regiments of Renown
- Norgrimm’s Rune Throng: Only one each per store
- Veremord’s Shamblers: Only one each per store
- The Coven of Thyrx: Only one each per store
- Hargax’s Pit-beasts: Only one each per store
- Big Grikk’s Kruleshots: Only one each per store
- Elthwin’s Thorns: Only one each per store
Luckily this time, the Kharadrons were not limited. However, with only one box of each per store, these regiments are as tight as allocations can get! These caps are tighter than last week regarding how many are available, and considering there weren’t too many releases, we could see where this is a little annoying for consumers and stores alike…
However, last week’s Chaos and Tyranids Boarding Patrol boxes were available for restocking by stores. So expect to see those hit shelves in two to three weeks.
