END TIMES – New Incarnate Council

The final countdown has begun for the End Times, and the lines of battle are being drawn.

I’m assuming that, after reading the new rumors, opposing Archaon and friends is the Council of Incarnates, each possessing a shard of power from the Great Vortex of Ulthuan.

It also looks like someone has returned from the dead as well….
