Grognards Command & Heavy Support go on Pre-Order!

Grognard Command and heavy weapons feature rGrognards Command and Heavy Support were teased a few weeks ago, but now you can go pre-order the awesome kits!

The hobby maniacs at Wargames Atlantic have been bringing us a bunch of cool new minis lately! This week they are releasing the elite Grognard units to pre-order. They will ship out some time in December but might as well go ahead and reserve your copy. For the price, it’s hard to beat minis this cool.

The main forces of the Grognards are really great but they lacked the elite units. Not for long though! All of the minis in the new set look really great and they have all kinds of bits in the box as well. They even revamped the sprue layout to give us more stuff.

If you’ve been looking to expand your army, these are worth checking out! Even just for conversions, for some ideas, you can check out how Rob used them as a base for IG conversions. Let’s take a closer look at the pre-order.

Les Grognards Command and Heavy Support: $34.95

Grognard Command and heavy weapons This kit is super versatile and can be made into a ton of different variations. For the price, it’s hard to beat the amount of stuff you get in this box. Let’s look at the specs:

This box set includes enough parts to build 6 28mm weapons with figures that can act as both crew and command. Options include tri-barrel cannon, quad ball turret, heavy plasma weapon, and mortar. Specialist troops like snipers, medics, communication specialists, standard-bearers, and field officers can also be built. Along with all the existing head options for Les Grognards, this box set includes four new female head types.

There are three main sprues as seen above and also two head sprues so that you can outfit every figure in the box with any type of open or gasmask version of the four types of headgear: Adrian helmet, shako, bearskin, or kepi.

All parts in this set are also compatible with the Les Grognards infantry box to give you, even more, poses and options.
