With the reveal of Kragnos, a crafty hobbyist used photoshop and got an approximate size for how big he really is!
Forbidden Chamber over on Twitter previously revealed the size of Lord Kroak, and now they have done the same with Kragnos! Just how big is he? How does he stack up to the other gods and huge models in AoS? Let’s find out.
The Kragnos Mini
Kragnos is a nigh-unstoppable juggernaut of destruction, especially when wielding the legendary shield, Tuskbreaker. Armed with the Dread Mace, made from the heart of a mountain, his realm-splitting might becomes truly cataclysmic. Having hunted the ancient race of drakes nearly to extinction for little more than sport, there’s not much left that can survive his focused rage.
Kroak trapped him under a mountain for thousands of years, but he’s finally escaped from his prison! Since he is a god of destruction, it makes sense that those armies follow him willingly into battle, even the Mega-Gargants look up to his powers.
If you’ve been looking for a centerpiece and a beat stick, this is going to be right up your alley! The mini itself is really something to look at and will be quite the painting challenge.
How big is Kragnos compared to the other AoS Demi-Gods?
We knew he would be big, and probably about the size of a Mega Gargant, and these images by the Forbidden Chamber definitely support that idea!
En la comparativa de ayer hubo un pequeño fallo y el Ogor Glutton no estaba bien escalado. Ahora todo debería esta correcto (siempre suponiendo que acertemos que Kragnos irá en una base de 130mm). #WarhammerFest #Warhammer #WarhammerCommunity #AgeofSigmar #Kragnos pic.twitter.com/c0lUYxYl8L

With the Twitter post, it’s clear to see how he may stack up to the likes of a Mega Gargant and other destruction models you might see with him on the battlefield.
Y ahora una con los “mayores” jejeje #WarhammerFest #warhammercommunity #warhammer #ageofsigmar #kragnos pic.twitter.com/E5SCZQgQRb

They also did one comparing him to the other Demi-Gods of AoS! Looks like he’ll be about the same height as Allariel, but smaller than Nagash and Archaon.
So just like GW hinted, Kragnos is about the same size as the Mega Gargants, making him one of the biggest and definitely strongest Destruction Models in the upcoming updated lineup.
The last survivor of an ancient race, Kragnos is like nothing we’ve seen in Warhammer Age of Sigmar. He’s worshipped as a god by the forces of Destruction, and it’s easy to see why. He towers over all but the Mega-Gargants, and tales of his might have been passed down since the Age of Myth.
Are you excited for Kragnos to get this huge spotlight and model? Will you be picking him up? Do you play Destruction?
