These minis are done on a 28mm scale, so they can be used in a ton of different game systems. If you wanted to use them in 40k you definitely could use them for Imperial Guard and maybe with some work Chaos Cultists. You get a bunch of both female and male heads along with some optional tails. Nothing wrong with having some options when you’re making an army out of cat people!
