Para Bellum Games have announced a new Conquest faction, and from the looks of it, it will launch with a new starter!
If you play Conquest, it’s been a great time! They have been releasing all kinds of new stuff lately and expanding the game. Para Bellum has been hard at work getting the new releases ready, and we’re excited to try it out.

The City States (inspired by ancient Greece) will be the newest addition to the game, and they should be hitting shelves in February, so really not that far away at all now! For now, they unveiled two new sets, but that is not nearly everything that will come with the faction.
Here’s a little more from them about the release:
February, we will bring the launch of our 7th faction, City States. We will have a full press release on this exciting faction with more details and rules in the new year. We debuted imagery of the new Hoplites and Phalangites infantry sets in their painted glory. The City States will be the Conquest view of the classic Greek Warriors, with compelling sculptures, and fantastic creatures, including new Minotaurs and unique giants like our new Hephaestian and Promethean.
We will debut our new two-player starter set also in February, the City States vs. the Nords. Everything 2 players need to start playing right away, at an incredible value – $179.99, which saves the gamer $200 over the individual pricing for the sets, and includes 2 exclusive Character sculptures – a unique Polemarch and Konungyr for these armies.
