New Forge World pre-orders for the Daemon General Ka’bandha and the Squat Exo-Driller models are live now!
If you play any of these factions in Horus Heresy, Necromunda, and 40k games, this might be the release for you. This week, there will be two new exciting minis you can pick up!
New Forge World Ka’bandha & Exo-Driller Pre-Orders Are Live
These are all on pre-order, but we all know it’s better to get in early and not miss out. So if you want any of this stuff, be sure to get those hobby dollars ready.
Ka’bandha, Daemon General of Signus: $330
Arch-enemy of the IXth Legion, Ka’bandha is one of the most ferocious daemons ever encountered by humanity. Armed with an ornate daemonic axe and whip, he cut a bloody swathe through the sons of Sanguinius. From his hellish visage to his brutal bronze armour and vast wings, Ka’bandha is a paragon of atavistic fury – and a wonderful project for painters who want to create a stunning centrepiece for their Warhammer: The Horus Heresy forces. He can be assembled with a daemonic helm or a bare, snarling head. Underneath one of his mighty hooves sits a pile of rubble alongside an Astartes corpse, and a ruined Leviathan Dreadnought belonging to the Blood Angels Legion.
With an absolutely stunning model, this big guy is perfect for Horus Heresy or even just in 40k as a stand-in daemon.
Ka’Bandha, Daemon General of Signus, is supplied in 49 resin components, and comes with a Citadel 170mm Oval Base.
With details galore, this model poses and unique hobby challenge too. Although a lot is similar to big Khorne Daemons, this has the extra touch of being a character and therefore having more detail than usual.
Ironhead Squat Prospectors Vartijan Exo-Driller $45
This multipart kit builds one Vartijan Exo-Driller, a mechanized Brute for adding some serious punch to Ironhead Squat Prospector gangs. Equipped with a mechanical, five-clawed Vartijan fist with an in-built seismic crusher, this hulking fighter is more than capable of pulping enemy fighters that come too close. It’s also armed with your choice of ranged weapon – a heavy bolter for laying down covering fire, or a heavy flamer for scouring enemies from cover. These weapons can be mounted on either arm, allowing a greater variety of builds if you plan to run more than one Exo-Driller in your gang. The miniature also includes plenty of mechanical details, such as industrial cabling and a power pack laden with mining equipment.
The Squats faction in Necromunda has slowly been building steam, and this new exo-driller is a great option for a sort of centerpiece model/armored option.
The kit comprises 17 resin components, and is supplied with a Citadel 50mm Oval Base. This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly
As one of the more unique models in the currently seen Squats lineup, this is sure to be a great pick-up for anyone interested in the faction.
