New Forge World Horus Heresy upgrades for the Blood Angels have been revealed by GW- check out the latest upgrade kits!
We know now that these won’t be in plastic, so if you were hoping for all-new plastics for your models, it looks like we won’t be getting everything in plastic after all…
It also looks like they will eventually release an upgrade pack or two for each legion which should make customizing your forces much easier! They have released a bunch already; if you want to see everything so far, check them all out here.
New Horus Heresy Blood Angels Upgrade Kits Revealed!
The Blood Angels have long been fans of aesthetic beauty, and the new Mark VI helmet set from Forge World perfectly reflects their artistic tendencies. Along with nine helmets for your troops in three designs, there’s a Sergeant’s helm and a bare head, showing off lush locks with a centre parting. It was the style at the time on Baal during the Horus Heresy.
These are actually some of the cooler upgrades we’ve seen recently, and let’s be honest, who doesn’t want beaky Blood Angels?
Sanguinius is bound to be happy with those new looks. As with the other Legions, such as the Death Guard, White Scars, and Emperor’s Children, there’s also a set of moulded shoulder pads coming out – the ideal way to finish off your miniatures.
They also say these will be from Forge World, like the rest of the upgrade kits. Just keep in mind, a lot of them have been MTO from FW, meaning they will take about 180 days to get to you. Still, though, these are pretty cool, and even if they take a while, they are great for upgrading your army.
