With Star Wars: The Bad Batch getting closer and closer, another trailer has just dropped. Let’s check it out.
Spotted on the Star Wars official YouTube channel, the new trailer features more character and details on what we can expect during the season dropping its first episode in a few weeks.
New Star Wars Bad Batch Trailer is Fire!
The trailer begins with Tarkin holding a test for Clone Force 99, specifically pointing out how strong they are, but also disobedient.
The Bad Batch, or Clone Force 99 consists of 5 enhanced clones with unique abilities and characteristics that most clones do not. Hunter, Echo, Tech, Wrecker, and Crosshair each fill a unique role in this sort of “special forces” squad.
The trailer also shines a light on Fennec Shand being present although it’s unclear if she is part of the resistance or the empire at this point. There are a few other returning characters highlighted such as Saw Gerrera and Captain Rex. There’s also plenty of easter eggs and hints if you can spot them, but we’ll leave that window open for you to explore.
The Bad Batch is releasing the first episode on May 4th via Disney+, so be sure you mark your calendars as this is going to be a special release for fans of the universe.
