Monument Hobbies’ paints are some of the best on the market at an always affordable price. It’s no wonder so many people, including some of the best painters out there, are obsessed with their paints! This new transparent paint has so many uses it’s almost insane. While it may seem like a single new paint, it can change up completely how you paint.
We’ve been using their paints forever and really love them! This is just one of the many great paints they have, so even if this isn’t up your alley, they have way more to choose from. Let’s take a closer look at the new paint set!
Pro Acryl Transparent Set (9): $32.25
The second expansion to our Pro Acryl paint line has been UPDATED! We’ve added in the new Transparent White, so the set now includes 9 transparent colors with that same, amazing Pro Acryl quality. These paints are a game-changer! Simply put, they are our same great acrylics, just with inherent transparency to them right out of the bottle.
They allow the colors underneath to show through and can be used to filter a new color over your base coats or accentuate a base color with more vibrancy. The magic is in how pigment-rich they are, while still maintaining a variable opacity. They can be mixed with each other, as well as any other acrylic paints to achieve just about any color you’d like. Even mix them with our Metallic Medium to get awesome metallic colors. So many uses, you’ll enjoy just playing with them to see what new effects you can create!

Pro Acryl Transparent White: $4.00
Our Transparent paints are the same vibrancy you’ve come to expect from Pro Acryl, but with a twist-variable opacity for filtering over base coats. They will alter the base hue if put over a different color or amplify the vibrancy if placed over similar hues. Thin for even more transparency and create multiple effects and outcomes. Not a wash, not an ink, something completely new that allows you to create tons of different effects, all with the control and consistency of standard acrylic paint.
With so many uses, everyone should have this in their paint set! Considering basically every pro painter has something like this, if you want to take your paint game to the next level, you have to pick some up.
Brush Cleaner
