Chaos Wastes is coming as an expansion for Vermintide 2 in the latest preview, focusing on the far north where the forces of Chaos are most comfortable!
While there isn’t much in terms of actual details, the teaser is encouraging for the ongoing effort by Fatshark to continue expanding on the game! Let’s check out that teaser.
New Vermintide 2: Chaos Wastes Preview!
Fatshark originally released the 18-second teaser via their Twitter, which can be found here.
The new expansion is still a very new announcement meaning we aren’t super sure on exactly what is coming other than it will take place in the Chaos Wastes.
We might speculate that there will be new chaos enemies resembling the Chaos gods, but ultimately until we hear from the devs nothing is for certain.
The expansion is slotted for April 2021, making it very close to release, however it’s important to note that PC will still have its timed exclusivity, as it has had with previous releases, so if you play console you’ll have to wait just a tad longer.
Either way, more content is coming! Be sure to keep checking back for more updates from Fatshark, as there are sure to be more looks into the expansion before too long.
