1st Place: Vik Vijay- Drukhari

glasshammer druk 2 1The first detachment is led by a single Archon, providing a cheap leader along with a good aura. Moving on to the first Troop choice, a 10 man squad Kabalite Trueborn, gives the list some great special and heavy weapons to help take out some of the heavier armor-focused opposition. Rounding out the troops are 10 more Kabalite Warriors to help be the front line and of course grab objectives when needed.

glasshammer druk 2 2Elites bring 10 Incubi, which are melee specialists and can deal heavy damage if ignored. 5 Scourges and a Ravager bring extra heavy weapons allowing for more ranged targeting options/optimization. While 4 Raider help to protect some of the troops for the first few turns and give them extra movement range.

The second detachment is led by a Succubus, who brings another aura to the list while being pretty cheap. The only Troop is 10 Wyches which brings even more melee-focused troops, giving the list a decent amount of flexibility and variation in play styles.

The detachment brings in 10 Hellions and 5 Mandrakes, which serve as more melee focussed forces.

glasshammer druk 2 4The last detachment brings more of what we have seen starting with a Succubus, Wyches, and Hellions, bringing more and more melee units. However, the only new unit we haven’t seen in a while is 3 Cronos, which serve as pretty fantastic chaff machines thanks to the extra shots and blast trait.

Overall, this list features a lot of melee focus and some support ranged fire, making it a hard list to play against if in the hand of a skilled general.

Drukhari Victory- Congrats to Vik on the win!

Drukhari have won this time, but what do you think about all three of these most recent lists?
