The Glasshammer #5 GT happened over the weekend with some pretty sweet Grey Knights 40k army lists towards the top!
The tournament is over and now we’re able to look at which lists managed to secure a place at the top! Check out what these winners brought in their armies.
Top Warhammer 40k Army Lists: Glasshammer #5 GT

If you wanted to see the names and factions of the overall winners, we’ve included that below.
However, we aren’t covering all those lists, instead, we will be looking at just a few of our favorite, but still strong lists!
Also if you happened to miss it, the meta will be changing in some manner due to the new Balance Update for 40k that Games Workshop published.
5th Place: Dusty Justy – Grey Knights
2nd Place: Rich Bladon – Imperium
1st Place: Vik Vijay – Grey Knights
Vik won the tournament with a pretty standard Grey Knight list starting off with a Patrol led by a Techmarine to heal up vehicles and a Grand Master Dreadknight serves as a great psyker with support for the list and can teleport in. He also comes with some hard-hitting melee and ranged weapons making him a beast in all-around combat and utility.
A single Strike Squad is the only troop to add some bodies which help to take objectives and fill out the Troop requirement. While 2 units of 10 interceptors add more bodies with extra mobility helping to snag points and zip around the field.
There is also a single extra Nemesis Dreadknight which like the Grandmaster is a beast in ranged and melee combat, however, does not get his extra goodies that come with being a more expensive HQ.
The Second detachment is led by Castellan Crowe, who is a great character with a decent melee weapon and another Grand Master in Dreadknight.
There are is another 5 man unit strike squad and 5 more interceptors for just a few more bodies to help grab objectives.
Closing out the list are 2 final Nemesis DKs, which brings the functional count all the way up to 5, making up more than half of the list’s points. As the best unit since their update, that makes pretty good sense!
