Some of the best getting better. Check out the latest from the hobby maniacs at Turbo Dork as they switch up their secret paint recipes!

If you own any of the Turbo Dork paints, you know that their color change paints are some of the best on the market. Now they have announced that they are changing their formula to make their paints even better. Let’s take a look.

Turbo Dork

For the sake of transparency, Turbo Dork has started labeling their bottles with batch numbers. These bottles have already started showing up to peoples’ doorsteps. You can tell them apart by the little white stickers on the bottom. You can also be guaranteed that bottles with the same batch number will match each other in color and consistency.

Turbo Dork ReMix!!!!!

We are changing our recipe, but only by a little bit!

Our mix is now going to be 3% thicker.

Why 3%? Well, that was the perfect amount to make our pigment stay in suspension for hours instead of just minutes. This means less shaking for everyone and much less separation on the palette or in the airbrush cup.

For hand brush users, this means our paint is nice and creamy and will be very easy to apply. No more watery layers or over applying and having to mop it back up..

New Colors!

Turbo Dork

We have 4 new color shifts coming in the next month or so, with 12 more on top of that coming out before our one year birthday in August. Some of these are matched sets, some are extra special versions of old colors, and some are all new types of paint. Meredith actually leaked one of the new colors the other day on social media, wink wink 😉 Official previews are coming soon!
