Unleash The Beast In Necromunda With New Outland Master!

new necromunda banner wal horBeastmasters are making a comeback for Necromunda in the form of a new Outland Master with giant two-headed rats in the Ash Wastes!

We’ve seen Ripperjacks and Millisaurs, but not everything on Necromunda is so unfamiliar to us earthlings. While the new beasts have more heads than normal, they might be something you recognize! If your gang needs some extra muscle and you don’t want to sacrifice more Juves, this new model will be right up your alley.

Unleash Your Gang With the New Necromunda Beastmasters!

Here is the latest on the new Beastmasters from Warhammer Community.

Necromunda Beastmasters Outland Master!

We’ve all been there – you want some cute critters around to cheer up your dreary gang stronghold, but the giant millisaurs keep digging holes in the garden and the ripperjacks are just nightmare fuel. What you need is something that combines cuddly charm with the vicious killing edge of an average Necromundan – something like a giant, two-headed rat.

Both the rat and the Outland Master beastmaster look awesome! This should put some serious fear into your opponents and make them think twice about fighting you.

Necromunda Beastmasters 2 Outland Master!

There are three individual Wasteland Giant Rat sculpts incoming to Necromunda – the multi-headed monstrosity that comes with a Beastmaster, and two more available in a booster pack for gangs who really want to drown their foes in a tide of rodents.

While these don’t have two heads, they still look awesome and are just giant rats, so what’s not to love?

New Necromunda Rules

Necromunda Beastmasters 3 Outland Master!

Though they don’t have the damage output of the ripperjack or the infiltrating skills of the millisaur, the humble (but humongous) rat is half the cost of either. Even if your pet gets exterminated in battle, you can replace it for free thanks to a handy ability called – we’re not making this up – Never more than One Metre from a Rat. This makes them a great budget choice for adding extra bite to your gang, and the Dodge skill helps to keep them – and their Beastmaster – around longer than you’d expect.

First, replacing rats for free is very thematic and quite strong! You can throw them forward and not worry about spending those credits to replace them. Dodge is always nice, as it’s basically an extra save all the time.

Beastmasters are really fun to bring to battle, and soon, you’ll have two new packs to pick up for Necromunda!
