Well the newest flyer for Warhammer 40k is here, and boy opinions are mixed!
Overall the new Stormfang/wolf features a sleek sweptback profile over the more box like Stormraven, and both seem to take up the same profile on the tabletop.
The Stormwolf does however hold more models capacity wise and sits a little lower on it’s flying base.
It also has seemingly a more deadly payload in the new hellfrost mechanic over both versions of the Stormraven, however for conventional weapon loadouts (multi-meltas, lascannons etc..) they appear still on par with each other.
Weather it will change the competitive meta is also yet to be seen until the book drops this weekend, but I’m sure there will be no shortage of speculation until then that’s for sure.
