Leia Organa has kept the fight going against the Empire and First Order for years. She has rallied again and again and brings new hope to Destiny.
Leia Organa, Hope of the Resistance, is a brand new legendary Red Hero character in Star Wars Destiny. Leia now comes with a Power Action and a massively supportive character die. 2 focus, 1 discard, 2 discard, 1 shield, and 1 resource make her quite the leader. Her Power Action allows you to remove one of your character dice to discard cards from the top of an opponent’s deck equal to the value showing on that die. This adds a definite mill theme to Leia. 
Leia has been a natural born leader from the start and she always finds ways to Motivate her followers. This 0 cost Red Event allows you to spot 2 red characters or, Leia Organa, to resolve one of your character dice, increasing its value by 1. This is a nice cheap way to get more from your character dice. Proper motivation. 
The Jedi Sentinel is a powerful new generic Blue Hero character that adds much utility to your deck. After setup, you may give a character 1 shield. If you are second player, you may be able to start the game with 3 shields on 1 of your characters. Not a bad start to your Destiny game. The Sentinel’s character dice is quite powerful for a generic: 1 melee, 2 melee for a resource, 1 shield, 1 resource, and 1 special ability side. The special ability is to deal 2 damage to a character, or 3 damage instead if this character has 3 or more shields. This character uses defense as offense. 
Another nice addition to the Hero card lineup is Way of the Light. This 1 cost card is gray, so it can be placed into any Hero deck.It allows you to remove a non-Hero card. This could work on a Villain or Neutral card, but can be very powerful as a removal tool. It places no value restrictions on it, which can be a huge tempo swing in Destiny. Use your knowledge of the Light to defend the Heroes in Destiny!
