Han n’ Dash: X-Wing 2.0 Ship Build

Han & Dash

Han Solo and Dash Rendar are teaming up to take down the Empire and the Scum faction all on their own. Can these famed Smugglers come out on top?

Dash Rendar is blasting off in his custom YT-2400 with his main boy Han Solo at his side. Dash Rendar is unique as a large ship pilot in that he can ignore obstacles whenever he moves. Ignoring all of those asteroids and debris clouds can give him freedom of movement across then entire battle-space of X-Wing 2.0.

Dash Rendar

Dash has a turret arc on his YT-2400 that has a Sensor Blindspot, forcing him to lose an attack die when attacking within range 1. He can still perform attacks at range 1, but they won’t benefit from the range bonus. So keep your distance!

Han Solo

Han Solo is a gunner upgrade on this YT-2400 that will give Dash a chance to shoot first! Han kicks in during the Engagement Phase and gives you an Initiative 7 turret attack. In exchange, you cannot perform a turret attack from that arc again in a round, but this could take out an enemy before they even have a chance to fire!

Outrider

A Smuggler like Dash Rendar needs to name his ship and the Outrider fits perfectly. Outrider gives Dash the ability to reduce enemy defenses whenever he performs an obstructed attack. Also, if Dash fully executes a maneuver through on obstacle, he may remove 1 of his red tokens. Remove that stress by flying through those obstacles that you get to ignore!

Trick Shot

Now to pull it all off with a Trick Shot. Since Outrider gives you bonuses for attacking while obstructed, might as well get an additional attack die. Reducing the enemy defense by 1 die and gaining 1 attack die while attacking through an obstacle can blow away the competition!
