Long lost lovers fight the good fight in Star Wars Destiny in the battle for hope’s return. This pairing will be strong with the Force.
Obi-Wan has returned again for more action in Star Wars Destiny. This version is packing a Power Action and an impressive character die suite. Being the epic swordsman that he is, Obi-Wan has 2 melee, 3 melee for a resource, 2 focus, 2 shields, and 1 resource. His Power Action allows him to resolve a die with a value of 2 or greater, and increase its value by 1. This could be used on his own 2 focus side or even on his melee sides to deal out some sweet damage!
His companion will be Satine Kryze, the Hope of Mandalore. More oriented as a supportive role, Satine has 2 indirect, 1 focus, 1 focus, 1 resource, and 2 resources for a resource. She even has a built in ability to reroll one of your dice after you activate her, and she can really benefit from Obi-Wan’s Power Action, especially on her 2 resource side!
With access to Yellow cards in this deck, go with a Darksaber for some killer melee damage action. In the hands of Obi-Wan, you may increase the value of the die sides of Darksaber by 1 since the attached character will be 15 or more points. This can get some serious damage potential when you factor in Ob-Wan’s Power Action, combined with the increase in Dark Saber’s value. This can give you a 5 melee damage dice that you can dish out!
Obi-Wan will really shine once he has his namesake Lightsaber in his hands. This impressive melee upgrade can also boost your defenses with its double 2 shield sides. The special ability on his Lightsaber can give you a nice damage boost as well, dealing unblockable damage equal to the shields on attached character. This can deal out a max of 3 unbloackable damage if you play your cards right!
