The Gand are known for their relentless pursuit of their prey and the most notorious is Zuckuss. This build will have your opponent sweating!
Zuckuss is the most notorious Gand Findsmen in the galaxy. His ability to roll 1 additional attack die whenever he is attacking is great, but it also adds 1 agility to the defender. This is not that big of a downside if you build Zuckuss up with upgrades.
Fire Control System is a great upgrade to not only keep you action economy on point, but to keep your dice rolling hits. Whenever you attack an enemy you may gain a target lock on the defender. This can keep Zuckuss’ relentless assault going on the same target.
Zuckuss’ right hand droid, 4-LOM, is the perfect copilot. When attacking, you may receive an ion token to prevent the defender from using a focus or evade token, your choice. This is an a amazing combo with Zuckuss’ ability to add attack dice. Receiving an ion token is a downside, but there are ways around it. Ion Dischargers is an illicit upgrade that can help you get rid of 4-LOM’s ion token. After you receive an ion token, you may choose an enemy ship at range 1 and remove that ion token. That ship may then choose to receive that ion token. If it does, you discard Ion Dischargers. This upgrade is amazing in keeping the heat on you target by getting as close as possible and hoping for a range 1 shot. Not only will you be able to roll 5 attack dice, but you may also prevent them from using a focus or evade, and then you can give them an ion token. Not a bad deal.
