Jyn Erso is a beast of a character in Star Wars Destiny. With 11 health and a powerful character die, she is a force to be reckoned with in her own right. 2 sides with 2 ranged damage, and 2 sides with discards will put some pressure on your opponent. Let’s pair her up with an unlikely ally.
The star of Rogue One, K-2S0 is ready to pair up with Jyn for an interesting team for the Heroes. With 2 melee sides and 1 discard on his character die, K-2S0 is similar to Jyn in damage and utility. His 2 shields side can boost your defenses when they start taking damage, and this deck will have only 2 character dice since both Jyn and K-2S0 are 15 points.
The A280 Blaster Rifle is a great weapon to start out with on Jyn. With ranged utility and a nifty special ability, it can add some value to your team no matter what you roll. And since it has Redeploy, it is a great way to bypass K-2S0’s equipment drawback. This can also result in K-2S0 being readied, which can allow you to roll his character and upgrade dice back into your pool after resolving them. 
A good idea would be to start out with the A280 on Jyn and then Equip it to K-2S0. This 1 cost Event can bypass K-2S0’s drawback and can result in K-2S0 being able to roll his dice again. A great way to get more mileage out of your characters. 
Promotion is a great upgrade for K-2S0 since it is an ability rather than a weapon. This can get by his drawback, and allow you to draw a card. It has +1 ranged and +1 melee which has good synergy with Jyn and K-2S0’s dice. The 1 focus and shield can help keep your characters in the fight longer.
