Starting off with a black primer, our first paint color will be Pro Acryl Burnt Umber. Our goal is to have an OG Red workup for that classic Chaos gangster feel. After getting that nice brown base coat, use some Burnt Red with a dirty paint water marriage technique. This will help your colors transition together more smoothly by using a little of the previous paint color in your airbrush pot.

Now to start our Khorne Red to take advantage of that sweet Fight Twice Khorne Strategem! Use a top-down painting technique to get that red all over. Now that we have a nice red base coat, use Pro Acryl Bold Pyre Red, one of the reddest reds out there. Bold Pyre will be a final red highlight to make our Chain Lord super red, still utilizing a top-down painting technique. We want our Chain Lord to be a red fitting of a Berserker World Eater Gladiator Fanatic.

Once the reds are done, get those base coats on all of your spikey bits and armor pieces. Chainsword teeth are getting painted up nice and clean, so make sure your Chaos Lord gets some kills to make it nice and red!
